Camping & Caravan Zoncolan is a tourist facility located in Spin di Ovaro, in Val di Gorto, right at the foot of Mount Zoncolan, crowned as "The Kaiser" after the many bicycle challenges and arrivals of the Tour of Italy.
The Campsite is located in an area where it is easy to forget stress and immerse yourself in unspoiled and regenerating nature: in the summer you can walk along hiking trails, enjoy bike rides in the countless mountain climbs, take walks to explore the still little known villages of Carnia and discover their cultural and museum gems. In winter you can enjoy snow activities on the slopes of the Monte Zoncolan, or walks with snowshoes immersed in the silence of our woods and paths.
The winning features of this campsite are the location in the middle of the mountains, with good exposure to the sun, and a beautiful panoramic view.
The campsite has a total of 22 pitches for caravans and campers and a maximum capacity of 120 tents for a total of 13,000 square meters.
Inside the tourist complex is the restaurant "Il Grop", offering breakfast, lunch and dinner service to guests and all those who want to rediscover the genuine flavours of a cuisine linked to the seasons and the local gastronomic tradition.
Camping Zoncolan is located a few steps from the centre of Ovaro and next to a sport complex with a mini-soccer and soccer fields, tennis courts and an outdoor roofed field (Multipurpose Court).
