THE TRAIL
The trail we will take is the sister trail to the legendary Ovaro-Zoncolan; the slopes and the distance are very
similar and in the future it should be intended as a natural accomplishment to the Zoncolan Legend.
DESCRIPTION
Departure takes place in Sutrio at the fork for Mount Zoncolan at the beginning of the town; from here we
enter Sutrio and then, after crossing it, we proceed in the direction of Priola. We enter the district and take the old
road that leads to Mount Zoncolan.
This trail is the sister tail to that on the Ovaro side of the mountain, that is to say the Legend par excellence.
Therefore the fatigue of the ascent is no small matter.
We climb along the road that rises up the fabulous forest side of the mountain, with a challenging incline, until we
reach the meadows of Mount Zoncolan, where we take a breath before beginning the final part of the ascent, difficult
but soothed by the fabulous panoramas and immersed in meadows of rare beauty.
The final part of the journey is challenging but, having reached the summit, we can touch the sky with a finger
and remain ecstatic with the panorama Mount Zoncolan is able to offer.
